UrClo is an inclusive fashion-tech venture that reimagines the clothing experience for people with disabilities through fully customized, on-demand adaptive apparel. As founder and product lead, I created UrClo to address the unmet need for stylish, functional garments that support self-dressing and assisted dressing alike—without compromising aesthetic integrity.

Powered by CLO 3D digital design and integrated with advanced body scanning tools, UrClo enables users to:
Generate realistic 3D avatars based on exact body measurements.
Customize garments for comfort, mobility, and individual style preferences.
Visualize fit and design on-screen before ordering made-to-measure pieces.
Enjoy zero-waste, on-demand production and inclusive customer support.
UrClo serves three key segments:
Young professionals with physical disabilities seeking stylish workplace-ready attire.
Caregivers and healthcare providers looking for garments that simplify assisted dressing.
Seniors with limited mobility who value ease, comfort, and dignity.
From research and MVP development to market forecasting and brand strategy, I led the end-to-end development of the business plan—including UX design, pricing strategy, financial modeling (NPV: $848,086), and growth projections (reaching nearly 2M units sold in Year 5).
UrClo’s vision is captured in its tagline: “Ur Style, Ur Way – Empowering Abilities.” By blending customization, sustainability, and empathy, UrClo positions itself as a mission-driven leader in adaptive fashion.
